Robert Downey Jr. is back as Tony Stark, eccentric billionaire that created the Iron Man suit/weapon. Making the claim that he personally “privatized world peace”. While showing off for the general public and the media, a nemesis looms in the dark ready to strike. Ivan Vanko (a.k.a. Whiplash) played by Mickey Rourke makes a personal vendetta toward Tony Stark for all the lives the Stark family has ended due to their weapons factory. Iron Man who teams up with War Machine (played by Don Cheadle) must form an alliance to take down this new threat at all cost.
