Second Trailer For Megamind
This is the first bit of news I’ve heard about this movie since my first review of it two months ago but it doesn’t come out until November 5th so there is a lot of wiggle room for advertising. This movie is made by the same people that brought you Shrek and stars Will Ferrell, with co-stars such as Brad Pitt, Jonah Hill, and Tina Fey.
This trailer shows off some of its humor and gives you a better feel for the movie. At the beginning of the trailer there is a scene that shows Megamind and his foe Metro Man coming to earth and all I could think about was Superman and Doomsday. Except in this movie instead of getting Doomsday (a massive creature of muscle and built up rage), your getting Mega-Mind (a blue guy with a big head). Superman lore aside… this movie seems pretty good,you couldn’t ask for a better cast, and the people at Dreamworks are definitely masters at creating some great animated movies.
